Abstract
La presente invención se centra en una servoprensa configurada para permitir la operación a alta velocidad/gran precisión mediante el control del valor numérico en el método para fabricar un muelle helicoidal en forma de arco. La presente invención proporciona un método de fabricación y un dispositivo de fabricación configurado de modo que la curvatura del muelle helicoidal en forma de arco se puede asegurar libremente. El método de fabricación incluye el paso de sujeción para fijar un muelle helicoidal cilíndrico recto, el paso de detección de la porción extrema, un paso de determinación de la posición del ángulo de rotación, un paso de alimentación espaciada de inclinación, un paso de inserción del miembro de presión y un paso de conversión de la dirección de inserción. El método de fabricación y el dispositivo de fabricación se refieren a la tecnología de repetir continuamente la operación de empujar hacia abajo un miembro de presión a un espacio intermedio desde arriba, deformando así el muelle helicoidal cilíndrico recto y convirtiéndolo en el muelle helicoidal con curvatura.
