Abstract

Se proporciona un tubo de acero sin costura de alta resistencia y baja aleación para productos tubulares de región petrolífera que tiene excelente resistencia a SSC. El tubo de acero de la presente invención es un tubo de acero sin costura de alta resistencia y baja aleación para productos tubulares de región petrolífera que incluye una composición que contiene, en términos de % en masa, C: 0.25 a 0.31%, Si: 0.01 a 0.35%, Mn: 0.45 a 0.70%, P: 0.010% o menos, S: 0.001% o menos, O: 0.0015% o menos, Al: 0.015 a 0.080%, Cu: 0.02 a 0.09%, Cr: 0.8 a 1.5%, Mo: 1.1 a 1.6%, V: 0.01 a 0.06%, Nb: 0.005 a 0.015%, B: 0.0015 a 0.0030%, Ti: 0.005 a 0.020%, y N: 0.005% o menos, y que tiene un valor de una relación del contenido de Ti con respecto al contenido de N (Ti/N) de 3.0 a 4.0, con el resto siendo Fe e impurezas inevitables, el tubo de acero tiene un valor (s0.7/s0.4), como una relación de una tensión a una deformación de 0.7% con respecto a una tensión a una deformación de 0.4% en una curva de tensión-deformación, de 1.02 o menos y una tensión en límite elástico de 861 MPa o más.
