Abstract
Una fuente de láser que comprende una unidad generadora de rayo láser (2), que incluye una pluralidad de diodos láser (201, 202) para generar rayos láser con diferentes longitudes de onda. Los rayos láser emitidos por dichos diodos (201, 202) son recibidos en las entradas (40) de una unidad óptica de conmutación y direccionamiento (4). Esta unidad (4) tiene un dispositivo selector óptico (43) que tiene dos posiciones operativas. En una primera posición, los rayos láser emitidos por dichos diodos (201, 202) alcanzan las entradas de una unidad de amplificación óptica (6), que incluye una pluralidad de módulos amplificadores (60) configurados para emitir rayos láser con una calidad de rayo más alta y un valor de potencia más bajo que los rayos láser emitidos por dichos diodos (201, 202). Las salidas de los módulos de amplificación (60) convergen hacia una salida (U2) de la fuente de láser. En la segunda posición de la unidad óptica de conmutación y direccionamiento (4), los rayos láser emitidos por dichos diodos (201, 202) se hacen converger entre sí en un solo rayo láser, en una condición que se superpone al menos parcialmente, para la emisión de un rayo láser con una potencia relativamente más alta y una calidad relativamente más baja en una salida (U1) adicional de dicha fuente de láser (1).
