Abstract
Se proporciona un método y sistema para gestionar la queja y reputación en un mercado de datos multi-partes. El sistema es gestionado por una entidad externa independiente para monitorear las transacciones de datos en una manera no sesgada. El sistema considera los datos como mercancía o recurso, el cual es perecedero y cuya valía pudiera decaer con el paso del tiempo. El sistema define nuevos parámetros para el cálculo de reputación y responsabilidades (basado en quejas), por ejemplo, la consideración de red de pares y confianza, historial de pares y transacciones, caída automática de la reputación y responsabilidad en caso de participantes inactivos. De acuerdo con otra modalidad, la divulgación también maneja cualquier tipo de colusión entre entidades/partes/participantes externos o internos. Mientras que en otra modalidad la divulgación también identifica y restringe a los influyentes en un mercado de datos multi-partes.
