Un material de acero que incluye, en términos de % en masa, 0.005% a 0.050% de C, 0.05% a 0.30% de N, 0.1% a 1.5% de Si, 0.1% a 7.0% de Mn, 0.005% a 0.100% de P, 0.0001% a 0.0200% de S, 18.0% a 28.0% de Cr, 0.1% a 3.0% de Cu, 0.1% a 8.0% de Ni, 0.1% a 5.0% de Mo, 0.001% a 0.050% de Al, 0.0001% a 0.0200% de B, y 0.0001% a 0.0100% de Ca, el área superficial de una fase austenítica del mismo siendo de 30% a 70%, y el material de acero satisface las expresiones (I) y (II). Expresión (I): 1.03=[%Cr*F]/[%Cr]=1.40; Expresión (II): 1.05=[%Mn*A]/[%Mn]=1.80, en donde [% símbolo de elemento] es el contenido del elemento en el acero, [% símbolo de elemento *F] es el contenido del elemento en la fase de ferrita, y [% símbolo de elemento*A] es el contenido del elemento en la fase de austenita.
