Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo para el tratamiento térmico de un componente de acero dirigido específicamente a zonas individuales del componente. En una o en varias primeras zonas del componente de acero puede ajustarse una estructura fundamentalmente austenítica, de la cual puede producirse mediante un proceso de temple una estructura mayoritariamente martensítica. En una o varias segundas zonas del componente de acero puede producirse una estructura mayoritariamente ferrítica-perlítica. En una o varias terceras zonas puede producirse una estructura mayoritariamente bainítica. Para ello, el componente de acero se calienta en primer lugar en un primer horno a una temperatura por debajo de la temperatura AC3, el componente de acero a continuación se transfiere a una estación de tratamiento, pudiendo enfriarse durante la transferencia. En la siguiente estación de tratamiento se llevan la una o varias primeras zonas, así como la una o varias terceras zonas del componente de acero dentro de un tiempo de permanencia t151 a una temperatura por encima de la temperatura de austenitización. A continuación, se enfrían solo la una o las varias terceras zonas a una temperatura de parada de enfriamiento ?S. A continuación, se transfiere el componente de acero a un segundo horno, cuya temperatura se encuentra por debajo de la temperatura AC3. Allí, las temperaturas de las tres zonas diferentes se aproximan unas a otras.
