Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una placa de válvula de compuerta deslizante para una válvula de compuerta de metal fundido que tiene: - una superficie superior, - una superficie inferior, donde dichas superficies superior e inferior son planas y paralelas entre sí, - una superficie exterior conectora que conecta la superficie superior a la superficie inferior y - un canal de vertido que conecta de manera continua la superficie superior (2) a la superficie inferior (3), donde dicho canal de vertido tiene un eje de simetría de vertido (Xp), en donde las superficies superior e inferior tienen geometrías definidas por las siguientes relaciones: R1 = LOI1/LOu1, comprendida entre 50 y 95 %, preferentemente, entre 57 y 92 %, con mayor preferencia, entre 62.5 y 90 %, R2 = LOI2/LOu2, comprendida entre 50 y 95 %, preferentemente entre 57 y 92 %, con mayor preferencia, entre 62.5 y 90 %, R3 = LAI1/LAu1, mayor o igual que 75 %, preferentemente, mayor o igual que 90 %, con mayor preferencia, mayor o igual que 95 %, R4 = LAI2/LAu2, mayor o igual que 75 %, preferentemente mayor o igual que 90 %, con mayor preferencia, mayor o igual que 95 % LOu1 y LOu2 son dos segmentos que se encuentran en el eje de simetría de vertido, Xp, y que juntos forman la extensión longitudinal superior, LOu, definida como el segmento más largo que conecta dos puntos de un perímetro de la superficie superior y que interseca el eje de simetría de vertido (Xp); LAu1 y LAu2 son dos segmentos que se encuentran en el eje de simetría de vertido, Xp, y que juntos forman la extensión latitudinal superior, LAu, definida como la extensión normal a y que interseca el eje de simetría de vertido, Xp, y la extensión longitudinal superior y, similarmente, LOI1 y LOl2 son dos segmentos que se encuentran en el eje de simetría de vertido, Xp, y que juntos forman la extensión longitudinal inferior, LOl, definida como el segmento más largo que conecta dos puntos de un perímetro de la superficie inferior y que interseca el eje de simetría de vertido (Xp); LAI1 y LAI2 son dos segmentos que se encuentran en el eje de simetría de vertido, Xp, y que juntos forman la extensión latitudinal superior, LAI, definida como la extensión normal a y que interseca el eje de simetría de vertido, Xp, y la extensión longitudinal inferior.
