Abstract
Material de filtro, principalmente en la forma de residuos industriales a partir de la producción de rellenos de filtro, se procesa sin consumo de calor de tal manera que éste se corta en el desintegrador (4) en la presencia de aire, donde el material durante el tiempo de retención se lleva repetidamente al contacto con las cuchillas giratorias y surgen manojos en el desintegrador (4) a través de aireación. El portador (3) plano de este modo, se desintegra al menos parcialmente a las fibras (1) originales; las fibras (1) liberadas se entrelazan en manojos y el carbón (2) activo se libera de la unión original con el portador (3) plano. El remolino (vórtice) creado dentro del desintegrador (4) lleva las partículas de polvo del carbón (2) activo y estas se adhieren a la superficie de las fibras (1). Parte del carbón (2) activo liberado -después de la separación- se expulsa de los manojos que surgen, que en la parte inferior del desintegrador (4) corren a través de la criba hacia afuera del desintegrador (4). El producto resultante se puede aplicar ventajosamente como aislante de calor y ruido en todos los campos de la tecnología, por ejemplo, construcción. El carbón (2) activo separado en forma de gránulos también es un producto resultante del procesamiento.
