Abstract
The present invention aims to prevent and control beetle insects, especially for the Dendroctonus and Ips genre, thus developing a bioinsecticidal formulation where a biological agent such as the fungus Beauveria Bassiana is used. Said agent infects the insects and contains an attractant, such as pheromones, preferably Frontalin and Ipsenol with concentrations of up to 100Ál. Also, it includes the use of the gel-based on sodium alginate, as a vehicle for the spread of the fungus and infection thereof.
