Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un método de soldadura eléctrica por arco con protección de gas del tipo de electrodo consumible, para realizar la soldadura eléctrica por arco de dos láminas de acero, usando un soplete de soldadura que tiene un electrodo consumible. El método de soldadura eléctrica por arco de protección con gas del tipo de electrodo consumible incluye realizar soldadura eléctrica por arco mientras que un gas protector que tiene un potencial a de oxígeno el cual se indica por la siguiente Expresión (1) y varía desde 1.5% a 5% se suministra desde el soplete de soldadura hacia el electrodo consumible, y soplando un gas de promoción de la oxidación que tiene un potencial ß de oxígeno el cual se indica mediante la siguiente Expresión (2) y varía desde 15% a 50% a una velocidad de flujo que varía de 1 m/seg a 3 m/seg sobre un cordón de la soldadura y una porción de la punta de la soldadura la cual están formadas por soldadura eléctrica por arco y están en un estado de 700°C o mayor, a=100x([V1(O2)]+[V1(CO2)]/5)/([V1(X)]+[V1(O2)]+[V1( CO2)])... Expresión (1) ß=100x[V2(O2)]/([V2(X)]+[V2(O2)]+[V2(CO2)] )... Expresión (2) aquí, [V1(X)] es una proporción (% en volumen) de mezclado de un gas inerte incluido en el gas de protección, [V1(O2)] es una proporción (% en volumen) de mezclado de oxígeno incluido en el gas de protección, [V1(CO2)] es una proporción (% en volumen) de mezclado de dióxido de carbono incluido en el gas de protección, [V2(X)] es una proporción (% en volumen) de mezclado de un gas inerte incluido en el gas de promoción de la oxidación, [V2(O2)] es una proporción (% en volumen) de mezclado de oxígeno incluido en el gas de promoción de la oxidación, y [V2(CO2)] es una proporción (% en volumen) de mezclado de dióxido de carbono incluido en el gas de promoción de la oxidación.
