Abstract

Se proporciona un aparato para codificar una trama de imagen, en donde la trama de imagen que está dividida en unidades que no se superponen (1002, 1008), las unidades divididas que están incluidas en una primera región, una segunda región y una tercera región de la trama de imagen (1008, 1012), cada una de la primera región, la segunda región y la tercera región que está asociada con un indicador que indica un orden de escaneo rasterizado; comprendiendo medios para codificar la tercera región de la trama de imagen, con base en el indicador de la tercera región, iniciando en una primera unidad desde la derecha y la parte superior en la tercera región utilizando una técnica de escaneo rasterizado (1002, 1008, 1012, 1016); medios para codificar la segunda región de la trama de imagen, con base en el indicador de la segunda región, iniciando en una primera unidad desde la derecha en la segunda región (1002, 1008, 1012, 1016); y medios para codificar la primera región, con base en el indicador de la primera región, iniciando en una primera unidad desde la parte superior o la parte inferior en la primera región (1002, 1008, 1012, 1016).
