Abstract

La invención trata sobre un dispositivo (10) para revisar un neumático en una línea de producción de neumáticos que consta de: • un sistema de detección (104) que consta de una cámara (105) que tiene una línea objetivo (106) que permanece en un plano óptico (107) que pasa a través de la cámara (105); • una primera fuente de luz (110), una segunda fuente de luz (108) y una tercera fuente de luz (109), donde la segunda fuente de luz (108) y la tercera fuente de luz (109) se colocan en lados opuestos con respecto al plano óptico (107) y simétricamente con respecto a la primera fuente de luz (110); • donde la primera fuente de luz (110) se adapta para emitir una primera radiación de luz difusa en la porción superficial, y la segunda fuente de luz (108) y la tercera fuente de luz (109) se adaptan para emitir una segunda radiación de luz rasante y una tercera radiación de luz rasante en una porción superficial del neumático (200) que coincide con o cerca de la línea objetivo (106); y •plano de enfoque (121) de la cámara (105) que pasa a través de la línea objetivo reflejada es menor a una distancia mínima entre una de la primera fuente de luz (110), la segunda fuente de luz (108) o la tercera fuente de luz (109) y el plano de enfoque (121).
