Abstract
La invención se relaciona a una cinta de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente de alta resistencia que consiste, en porcentaje de masa, de los siguientes elementos: 0.10-0.21% C, 1.45-2.20% Mn, máx. 1.50% Si, 0.1-1.50% Al, 0.001-0.04% P, 0.0005-0.0005% B, 0.005-0.30% V, máx. 0.015% N, máx. 0.05% S, y, opcionalmente, uno o más elementos: máx. 0.004% Ca, máx. 0.10% Nb, máx. 0.50% Cr, máx. 0.20% Mo, máx. 0.20% Ni, máx. 0.20% Cu, y máx. 0.20% Ti el balance de la composición consiste de Fe e impurezas inevitables. El acero tiene buen acabado de superficie y resistencia mecánica incrementada, en particular alta resistencia total, ductilidad y plasticidad. También se relaciona a un proceso para la fabricación de una cinta de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente de alta resistencia y a los productos de la misma.
