Abstract

La presente descripción se refiere a una unidad de condensador de potencia (1) para aplicaciones de alta presión. La unidad de condensador de potencia (1) comprende un alojamiento (3), una pluralidad de elementos de condensador (5-17, 23-35) conectados entre sí y dispuestos dentro del alojamiento (3), un líquido dieléctrico (L), un sistema de aislamiento eléctrico sólido dispuesto para aislar eléctricamente cada elemento de condensador (5-17, 23-35), una barra colectora, una pluralidad de hilos fusibles (5a-17a), cada hilo fusible tiene un primer extremo conectado a un elemento de condensador respectivo (5-17, 23-35) y un segundo extremo conectado a la barra colectora (B), donde los elementos de condensador (5-17, 23-35), el sistema de aislamiento eléctrico sólido (41) y los hilos fusibles (5a-17a) se sumergen en el líquido dieléctrico (L). Cada hilo fusible (5a-17a) tiene una pluralidad de primeras secciones que se encuentran en contacto físico con el sistema de aislamiento eléctrico, y en donde cada hilo fusible (5a-17a) tiene una pluralidad de segundas secciones sin contacto físico con el sistema de aislamiento eléctrico sólido.
