Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una columna de herramientas de maquinado de línea de acero de fondo de perforación apta para aumentar un diámetro interior de una estructura metálica tubular de pozo en un pozo. La columna de herramientas de maquinado de línea de acero de fondo de perforación tiene un eje longitudinal y comprende: una parte de herramienta rotatoria que a su vez comprende una herramienta de maquinado que tiene una primera parte terminal, una segunda parte terminal, un diámetro y una circunferencia; y una parte de herramienta estacionaria que comprende una unidad de impulsión configurada para hacer girar la parte de herramienta rotatoria y que se energiza mediante la línea de acero. La herramienta de maquinado comprende un cuerpo que tiene una cara exterior, y la herramienta de maquinado comprende además una pluralidad de piezas insertas, cada pieza inserta tiene una longitud a lo largo del eje longitudinal y las piezas insertas sobresalen desde la cara exterior del cuerpo y se distribuyen alrededor de la circunferencia. Además, la presente invención se relaciona con una herramienta de maquinado apta para aumentar un diámetro interior de una estructura metálica tubular de pozo en un pozo o para recortar una pieza, por ejemplo en una válvula del fondo de la perforación.
