Abstract

The present invention consists of a process for distillation of hazardous waste, particularly spent oils, contaminated diesel, and mixed contaminated solvents; plastics impregnated with hydrocarbons to recover fuels by separating them from the rest of the products and contaminants. Said procedure includes discharging spent oil, contaminated diesel, contaminated plastics, crushed plastics, pre-dehydrating all of them, pre-distilling, diesel gas condensation, diesel capture, gas suction, and condensation diesel, gas washing, and cooling. It possesses the advantage of carrying out the regeneration thereof, using a continuous industrial process, with integral use of the heat of the various stages, and use of waste such as mineral coal to generate heat. Also, it performs the regeneration of spent oils in conditions of moderate temperature, avoiding contamination of the equipment and the need for frequent cleaning in facilities for the treatment thereof.
