Abstract
Sistema de bomba de calor que comprende un medio de circuito de calor (210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 310, 320, 410, 420, 430, 440, 450, 460) que a su vez comprende al menos tres medios de intercambio de calor (314, 315, 315, 422, 433, 452) entre el medio de calor y una fuente o depósito de calor respectiva seleccionada de aire del exterior, un cuerpo de agua, el suelo, aire del interior, agua de alberca o agua del grifo, un medio de válvula (311, 312, 313, 421, 431, 451) dispuesto para selectivamente dirigir al medio de calor hacia al menos dos de los medios de intercambio de calor, y un medio de control (500). La invención se caracteriza en que el sistema de bomba de calor comprende sensores de temperatura (314a, 314b; 315a, 315b; 316a, 316b; 423, 424, 425; 432, 434, 435) ambos en corriente arriba y corriente abajo de al menos uno de tales medios de intercambio de calor, en donde el sistema determina, con base en los valores de medición de temperatura que comprenden al menos una lectura de una valor de tales sensores, a cuáles medios de intercambio de calor dirigir el medio de calor, y en que cuando el medio de calor no se dirige a ciertos medios de intercambio de calor un valor de temperatura medido se lee en corriente arriba y en corriente abajo de ciertos medios de intercambio de calor, y en que se activa una alerta en el caso en donde los valores difieran en más de un valor predeterminado. La invención también se refiere a un método.
