Abstract
El poliestireno de alto impacto se puede formar con índice de hinchamiento incrementado y reducir o eliminar la descoloración. Un proceso para formar poliestireno de alto impacto puede incluir la provisión de un sistema de polimerización que incluye un reactor de polimerización y un desvolatilizador. El poliestireno de alto impacto se puede formar en el reactor de polimerización y enviar al desvolatilizador. Un antioxidante polar que tiene una estructura de fenol obstaculizada y un grupo amina alifático, y con un antioxidante de fosfito se puede adicionar al sistema de polimerización. En otro proceso, un retardador químico y un agente de blanqueamiento fluorescente se pueden adicionar al sistema de polimerización. En otro proceso, un retardador químico que inhibe el entrecruzamiento de caucho de radicales libres se puede adicionar al sistema de polimerización.
