Abstract
La invención se refiere al método para producir un componente de fundición de metal ligero de un fundido de una aleación de fundición de aluminio, que contiene, cada uno relativo al peso, silicio con 3.5 hasta 5.0 %, magnesio con 0.2 hasta 0.7 %, titanio con 0.07 hasta 0.12 %, boro con un máximo de 0.012%, opcionalmente elementos de aleación adicionales junto con menos de 1.5 %, el resto de aluminio así como impurezas inevitables, en donde el fundido se produce de un fundido base, un primer refinador de grano de una aleación de aluminio-silicio y un segundo refinador de grano de una aleación de aluminio-titanio, en donde el fundido, en relación al peso total, contiene en total una cantidad de 0.1 hasta 5.0% del primer y el segundo refinador de grano; en donde la fundición se lleva a cabo por un método bajo presión y el fundido se hace accionar al compactar después de la fundición.
