Abstract

Se proporcionan en la presente sistemas y métodos para la deshidratación submarina de una corriente de gas natural. El sistema incluye un sistema de alimentación de solvente pobre, que incluye una lí­nea de una instalación de partes superiores, en donde la lí­nea se configura para dividir una corriente de solvente pobre para alimentar el solvente pobre a cada uno de un número de sistemas de contacto de co-corriente en paralelo. Los sistemas de contacto de co-corriente se colocan en serie a lo largo de una corriente de gas natural húmedo, en donde cada uno de los sistemas de contacto de co-corriente se configura para hacer contacto de la corriente de solvente pobre con la corriente de gas natural húmedo para adsorber por lo menos una porción del agua de la corriente de gas natural húmedo para formar una corriente de gas natural seco. Un sistema de retorno de solvente rico incluye una lí­nea para combinar el solvente rico de cada uno de la pluralidad de sistemas de contacto de co-corriente y retornar una corriente de solvente rico a la instalación de partes superiores.
