Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo método para la purificación de ciclohexadec-8-en-1-ona, a un método para la producción de ciclohexadec-8-en-1-ona y ciclopentadecenonas, a las sustancias y mezclas de sustancias producidas a partir de estas y a su uso como una sustancia aromatizante, en particular como una sustancia odorífera, y a productos y mezclas de sustancias aromatizantes que contienen dichas mezclas.
