Abstract

Se presentan un dispositivo (1) y un método para unir piezas de chapa (2) en paquetes de chapas (3), en el que las piezas de chapa (2) se estampan de una cinta magnética (6) en con al menos una etapa de estampado (17) que comprende una matriz (15) y un filo de corte (13) que interactúa con la matriz (15), las piezas de chapa estampadas (2) se apilan y se unen al menos de manera cohesiva en múltiples paquetes de chapas (3), en donde entre al menos una primera pieza de chapa (102) de las piezas de chapa apiladas (2) y la segunda pieza de chapa (103) de las piezas de chapa apiladas (2) que le sigue se proporciona un elemento separador (22), con el fin de facilitar la separación de las piezas de chapa (2) unidas de manera cohesiva en paquetes de chapas (3). Para mejorar la reproducibilidad del método con respecto a la aplicación del elemento separador se propone que después de estampar la primera pieza de chapa (102) y previamente al estampado de la segunda pieza de chapa (103), el elemento separador (22), el cual de acuerdo a la geometría de la matriz se configura más pequeño o idéntico, se conduzca a la matriz (15), se introduzca en esta matriz (15) y de esta manera se proporcione sobre la primera pieza de chapa (102).
