Abstract

La composición fraguable puede diseñarse para espesar sustancialmente al mismo tiempo en el interior del pozo y/o fraguar sustancialmente al mismo tiempo en el interior del pozo independientemente del momento en el que la composición fraguable fue introducida en el pozo mediante la variación de la concentración de los retardantes de fraguado y/o los aceleradores de fraguado durante la colocación de composiciones fraguables. Por ejemplo, un método puede incluir la introducción de una composición fraguable en un pozo, la composición fraguable tiene una parte inicial con una primera concentración de un aditivo de tiempo de fraguado, una parte media con una segunda concentración de un aditivo de tiempo de fraguado y una parte final con una tercera concentración de un aditivo de tiempo de fraguado; elegir la primera y la tercera concentración del aditivo de tiempo de fraguado de forma tal que la parte inicial tiene un tiempo de fraguado mayor que la parte final; y espesar la composición fraguable dentro de la parte del pozo, donde la parte inicial y final espesan hasta exceder una consistencia de alrededor de 70 Bc dentro de alrededor de 3 horas una de la otra.
