Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un extinguidor (quencher) que contiene un nanomaterial conjugado con polímero soluble en agua y su uso. El extinguidor que contiene el nanomaterial conjugado con polímero soluble en agua para atenuar eficazmente la fluorescencia de una sonda conjugada con material fluorescente. Además, una composición que incluye el extinguidor y una sonda conjugada con material fluorescente puede detectar un material diana que se presenta a baja concentración y, por tanto, puede usarse favorablemente como composición o kit para proporcionar la información necesaria para la detección de un biomaterial o el diagnóstico de una enfermedad.
