Abstract
Se desvela en el presente documento una proteína lisosomal modificada, métodos de preparación de una proteína lisosomal modificada y uso terapéutico de una proteína modificada tal. Además, se desvela en el presente documento un método de tratamiento de un mamífero afectado con una enfermedad de almacenamiento lisosomal. En particular, la presente divulgación se refiere a un método de preparación de una proteína lisosomal modificada, comprendiendo dicho método hacer reaccionar una proteína lisosomal glucosilada con un peryodato de metal alcalino y hacer reaccionar dicha proteína lisosomal con un borohidruro de metal alcalino durante un periodo de tiempo de no más de 2 h, modificándose así los restos de glucano de la proteína lisosomal y reduciéndose la actividad de la proteína lisosomal con respecto a los receptores de reconocimiento de glucanos.
