The base (11) is subdivided into a central area (111) and a peripheral area (112) comprising peripheral sectors (14) bordered by a rupture line (15) leaving a connecting strip (16) connecting the peripheral sectors (14) with the central area (111). The peripheral area (112) is in the action area (2) of the spikes (21) of the piston so as to be deformed by the spikes (21) in order to open them.
