Abstract
El dispositivo comprende una pluralidad de turbinas de flujo cruzado (9), cada una que comprende palas curvadas fijos (5, 6) dispuestos en configuración de jaula de ardilla alrededor de un eje de rotación (A). Las turbinas (9) están montados sobre un soporte flotante (10) en el agua, directamente colocado en el flujo de fluido (18) y dispuestos sucesivamente uno tras otro con sus ejes (A) paralelos entre sí y perpendiculares al flujo (18).
