Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un dispositivo de flujo de fondo de perforación para controlar un flujo de fluido entre un espacio anular y una horadación interna de una estructura tubular metálica de pozo dispuesta en un barreno. El dispositivo de flujo de fondo de perforación comprende una parte tubular que comprende una primera abertura y una extensión axial, y una manga deslizante configurada para deslizarse dentro de la parte tubular entre una primera posición que cubre la abertura y una segunda posición que descubre completamente la abertura, la parte tubular comprende una primera ranura y una segunda ranura, la primera ranura está dispuesta a una primera distancia de la segunda ranura a lo largo de la extensión axial, y la manga deslizante comprende una parte de proyección configurada para enganchar la primera ranura en la primera posición y la segunda ranura en la segunda posición, en donde la parte tubular comprende una tercera ranura configurada para ser enganchada por la parte de proyección y tiene una segunda distancia con respecto a la segunda ranura la cual es menor que la primera distancia. La presente invención se relaciona además con un sistema de fondo de perforación para controlar un flujo de fluido en el fondo de perforación de un pozo y con un método de manipulación de fondo de perforación para cambiar una posición del dispositivo de flujo de fondo de perforación de un sistema de fondo de perforación.
