Abstract
Se proporciona una lámina de acero galvanizado para el prensado en caliente que puede lograr el calentamiento para la supresión de la aparición de grietas de LME en un tiempo corto durante un proceso de prensado en caliente, y un método de fabricación de un producto formado por prensado en caliente, obtenido mediante la realización del prensado en caliente utilizando la lámina de acero galvanizado. Se describe una lámina de acero galvanizado para el uso en el prensado en caliente, que incluye una capa galvanizada y una lámina de acero base, en donde el óxido interno está presente sobre un lado de la lámina del acero base desde una interfaz entre la capa galvanizada y la lámina de acero base, la lámina de acero base incluye carbono, silicio, manganeso y cromo definidos, con el respecto que es hierro e impurezas inevitables, en donde la lámina de acero base satisface la siguiente fórmula (I): (2 x [Si]/28.1 + [Mn]/54.9 + 1.5 x [Cr]/52.0) = 0.05 ... (1) en donde, en la fórmula (1), [Si] representa un contenido de silicio en % en masa de la lámina de acero base, [Mn] representa un contenido de manganeso en % en masa de la lámina de acero base, y [Cr] representa un contenido de cromo en % en masa de la lámina de acero base.
