Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para preparar microcápsulas (20) sólidas, el cual comprende las etapas de: (a) añadir bajo agitación una composición C1 que comprende por lo menos un material activo con una composición C2 líquida reticulable, en donde el material activo no es un aditivo para ser usado en las industrias de lubricantes, combustible o de bitumen o en lodos de perforación o un aditivo para ser usado en la exploración/producción de petróleo, la composición C1 y la composición C2 son inmiscibles una a la otra, de manera que se obtiene una primera emulsión, la primera emulsión comprende gotas (1) de la composición (C1) dispersas en la composición C2, añadir, bajo agitación, la primera emulsión obtenida en la etapa (a) en una composición C3 Líquida, la composición C3 y la composición C2 son inmiscibles una a la otra, de manera que se obtiene una segunda emulsión, la segunda emulsión comprende gotas (5) dispersas en la composición C3; (c) cargar la segunda emulsión obtenida en la etapa (b) en un mezclador, el cual aplica una velocidad de cizalla controlada, homogénea en la segunda emulsión, la velocidad de cizalla es de 1 000 s-1 a 100 000 s-1, de modo que se obtiene la tercera emulsión, la tercera emulsión comprende gotas (10) dispersas en la composición C y (d) reticular las gotas (10) obtenidas en la etapa (c), de modo que se obtienen microcápsulas (20) sólidas dispersas en la composición C3.
