Abstract

Se proporciona una aleación de fundido nodular y fundidos elaborados a partir de la misma y procesos de producción para la misma, la cual tiene una microestructura perlítica-ferrítica para productos de hierro fundido y tiene una resistencia alta combinada con buena ductilidad y tenacidad incluso en el estado fundido, que comprende, como constituyentes no ferrosos, C, Si, Ni, Mn, Cu, Mg, Cr, Al, P, S e impurezas normales, caracterizada porque la aleación de fundido nodular contiene: de 2.8 a 3.7% en peso de C, de 1.5 a 4% en peso de Si, de 1 a 6.2% en peso de Ni, de 0.02 a 0.5% en peso de P, de 0.025 a 0.06% en peso de Mg, de 0.01 a 0.03% en peso de Cr, de 0.003 a 0.3% en peso de Al, de 0.0005 a 0.012% en peso de S, de 0.03 a 1.5% en peso de Cu y de 0.1 a 2% en peso de Mn, el resto es Fe e impurezas inevitables, en donde la adición de fundido nodular en el estado fundido sin tratamiento subsecuente con calor alcanza una alta resistencia estática de un límite elástico de desplazamiento 0.2% de = 600 MPa y una resistencia a la tracción de = 750 MPa combinado con una buena ductilidad de una elongación a la ruptura A5 de 2 a 10%.
