Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un nuevo fertilizante que comprende una fuente de nitrógeno, una fuente de fosfato, y una fuente orgánica de potasio seleccionada a partir del grupo que consiste en acetato de potasio, formato de potasio, citrato de potasio, succinato de potasio, propionato de potasio, estiércol animal, y combinaciones de los mismos. El fertilizante tiene un pH neutro a ligeramente alcalino, un índice de sal relativamente más bajo y un daño por fitotoxicidad potencialmente más bajo comparándose con otras fuentes de potasio para los productos fertilizantes. La composición fertilizante puede comprender además aditivos, tales como azufre, zinc, boro, calcio, manganeso, hierro, cobre, cobalto, magnesio, o una combinación de los mismos.
