Abstract
Se proporciona un proceso que incluye el tratamiento por craqueo térmico (vis-breaking) de polipropileno en la presencia de 3,6,9-trietil-3,6,9-trimetil-1,4,7-triperoxano para obtener polipropileno tratado por craqueo térmico. El polipropileno tratado por craqueo térmico se puede formar en pelotillas para obtener pelotillas. Una relación de un gasto de flujo en estado fundido (MI2) del polipropileno antes del tratamiento por craqueo térmico puede ser mayor que 1:1 y a lo más 4:1. Las pelotillas se pueden utilizar para formar artículos.
