Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona a un proceso para la producción continua de material peletizado de policondensado parcialmente cristalino, que comprende los pasos de formar un policondensado fundido en material peletizado; separar el medio de enfriamiento líquido del material peletizado en un primer espacio de tratamiento, en donde los peletizados después de salir del primer espacio de tratamiento exhiben una temperatura TGR, y cristalizar el material peletizado en un segundo espacio de tratamiento, en donde en el segundo espacio de tratamiento existen condiciones de lecho fluidizado, y en el segundo espacio de tratamiento, los peletizados se calientan mediante el suministro de energía desde el exterior por medio de un gas de proceso.
