Abstract
La presente descripción se refiere a un proceso de deshidrohalogenación que comprende poner en contacto un halofluoroalcano de la fórmula RCXYCZQT con un agente cáustico opcionalmente en presencia de una amina en un solvente acuoso en ausencia de un catalizador mientras que se proporciona la mezcla con una entrada de potencia que varía de aproximadamente 0.07 a aproximadamente 37.28 kv/3785 litros (de aproximadamente 0.1 a aproximadamente 50 HP/1000 galones) para generar un producto que comprende una fluoroolefina de la fórmula RCX=CZQ, en donde R es un grupo alquilo perfluorado y X, Z y Q son independientemente H o halógeno, y uno de Y y T es H y el otro es halógeno.
