Abstract
Los aspectos tratan y remueve una capa de escamas que consta de óxido de hierro y óxidos de elementos de aleaciones que se formó en una superficie metálica avanzada de alta resistencia que consta de al menos dos (2) porciento por peso de aleación. Un primer proceso de acondicionamiento consta de la integridad estructural de o remueve el óxido de hierro dentro de la capa de escamas para exponer el óxido de aleación a captación química por distribución con una solución alcalo-salina acuosa colocada que se calentó para transformar una o más de las sales alcalinas dentro de la solución colocada en una forma casi fundida. El óxido de aleación se oxida mediante reacción con la solución casi fundida de sales alcalinas y agua, formando uno o más compuestos de aleaciones alcalinos hidrosolubles. Un enjuague con agua disuelve y enjuaga los compuestos hidrosolubles de la superficie del producto de acero avanzado de alta resistencia, lo que deja una película de óxido de hierro en la superficie que se remueve mediante un proceso final de decapado.
