Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un compuesto representado por la Fórmula (I), (ver Fórmula) una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo o un solvato del mismo; este compuesto es capaz de unirse específicamente a un receptor de AMPA, y muestra absorción del cerebro extremadamente alta; (en la fórmula, cada uno de A y Z independientemente representa CO, SO o SO2, cada uno de X e Y independientemente representa S u O; cada uno de R1 a R4 independientemente representa hidrógeno, alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo o halo; cada R5 independientemente representa alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo o halo; y n representa un número entero de 0 a 4).
