Abstract
The present invention relates to a medium and process for obtaining filamentous fungi using biofilms obtained by gelling agents, plasticizers, and nutrients. Said biofilm is supplemented with a nutrient-rich medium, inoculated and arranged in a hanging manner using clamps. The filamentous fungi grow on the entire surface of the film, which increases the volume of production and decreases the space required to obtain them compared to traditional cultivation.
