Abstract
Las modalidades de la presente invención se refieren a estructuras multicapas y a artículos que se forman a partir de las mismas. En un aspecto, una estructura multicapa comprende (a) una película de polietileno con orientación biaxial que comprende un polietileno de baja densidad lineal que tiene una densidad de 0.910 a 0.940 g/cm3, en donde el estiramiento máximo en la dirección longitudinal de la película de polietileno con orientación biaxial es al menos 2 veces más que el estiramiento máximo en la dirección transversal, y en donde la fuerza máxima de tensión de la película de polietileno con orientación biaxial es al menos 60 MPa en al menos una de la dirección longitudinal y la dirección transversal; (b) una capa adhesiva; y (c) una película selladora, en donde el estiramiento máximo de la película selladora es al menos 300% en al menos una de la dirección longitudinal y la dirección transversal, en donde la fuerza máxima de tensión de la película selladora es inferior que 50 MPa en al menos una de la dirección longitudinal y la dirección transversal; y en donde la película selladora tiene una temperatura de inicio del termosellado de 105°C o menos; en donde la película selladora se lamina a la película de polietileno con orientación biaxial mediante el adhesivo. En algunas modalidades, la película selladora comprende al menos una capa que comprende al menos 30 % en peso de un plastómero de poliolefina, un elastómero de poliolefina, un polietileno de ultra baja densidad, un copolímero de acetato de etileno, un copolímero de ácido acrílico de etileno o un copolímero de acrilato de etileno.
