Abstract

La presente invención propone un procedimiento de hidrólisis de celulosa que incluye la puesta en contacto de un medio de fermentación que comprende lodos del papel como fuente de carbono con celulasa obtenida en el sitio de bacterias de la celulasa hasta que se reduce el número medio de monómero de glucosa de las moléculas de celulosa en el medio de fermentación a un intervalo comprendido entre 5 y 500. La presente invención propone asimismo un procedimiento de alto rendimiento y bajo coste de recuperación de biogás a partir de los lodos del papel.
