Abstract
En el campo de las redes de energía eléctrica de CC, se proporciona un esquema de protección a distancia de CC (10; 60; 80; 90; 100; 110) para proteger un medio de transmisión de energía de CC (20) dentro de dicha red de energía eléctrica de CC (12); el esquema de protección a distancia de CC (10; 60; 80; 90; 100; 110) comprende un dispositivo de protección (16; 64; 84; 94; 104; 114) que esta acoplado en uso a un medio de transmisión de energía de CC (20); el dispositivo de protección (16; 64; 84; 94; 104; 114) es operable para proteger el medio de transmisión de energía de CC (20) de un fallo eléctrico; el esquema de protección a distancia de CC (10; 60; 80; 90; 100; 110) también incluye un aparato de medición para medir selectivamente la corriente (im) y el voltaje (um) del medio de transmisión de energía de CC (20); además, el esquema de protección a distancia de CC (10; 60; 80; 90; 100; 110) también incluye un controlador (22, 62; 82, 92, 102, 112) que está programado para: (i) calcular un voltaje de funcionamiento (uop) del medio de transmisión de energía de CC (20) utilizando la corriente medida (im) y el voltaje (um); (ii) realizar una comparación transitoria entre el voltaje operativo calculado (uop) y el voltaje medido (um); y (iii) operar el dispositivo de protección (16; 64; 84; 94; 104; 114) para proteger el medio de transmisión de energía de CC (20) si la comparación transitoria cumple un criterio predefinido.
