Abstract

La parte horadada (36) es adyacente a una parte interior lisa del cuerpo (34) del casquillo, la cual presenta un espesor nominal E, una zona poco deformable (A) adyacente a la cabeza del casquillo y una zona deformable (B) adyacente a la zona poco deformable (A); la zona deformable (B) del casquillo puede deformarse en un bulbo (48) que recibe una cara ciega (46) de los elementos de la estructura. La zona deformable (B) se extiende en una longitud (L) mayor que la longitud mínima (Lmín) y menor que la longitud máxima (Lmáx), tales que: Lmín = D/2 + 2E + (Gmáx - Gmín), Lmáx = (E / 0.092) El invento se aplica, principalmente, al ensamblaje de estructuras de aeronaves.
