Abstract
Un sistema único de velocidad variable, sumergible, sellado hermóticamente, de bajo costo y eficiente, destinado para impulsar unidades de refuerzo sumergibles. El sistema incluye una combinación única de un motor elóctrico lleno con líquido conectado a un acoplamiento hidráulico y una sección de impulsor del acoplamiento magnético, en un contenedor hermóticamente sellado, con un seguidor de acoplamiento magnético que impulsa una unidad de refuerzo. El sistema incluye además funcionalidad de enfriamiento, lubricación y control integrada. La unidad de impulsión tiene un sistema de accionamiento conectado a álabes de guía internos que controlan el flujo de líquido entre el impulsor de la bomba y la rueda de turbina del acoplamiento hidrodinámico y, por lo tanto, el torque y la velocidad. El sistema combinado es una unidad de impulsión sumergible, sellada sin sello y sin lado superior que puede operar en entornos submarinos agresivos. La unidad de impulsión se abre para el uso de carcasas de presión de pared delgada y penetradores elóctricos de baja presión.
