Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema y un método para controlar la velocidad de entrada y de salida de una hoja continua de material. Más específicamente, la presente invención se refiere a un sistema y método utilizados para realizar una operación en una hoja continua de material en un sistema de fabricación de alta velocidad. La hoja continua de material puede recibirse de manera subsiguiente por un segundo sistema que realiza una operación diferente en el material. En una modalidad, el segundo sistema forma el material en anillas para cierres extremos de recipiente. El sistema incluye un dispositivo de acumulación de entrada de alimentación y un dispositivo de acumulación de salida de alimentación. Los dispositivos de acumulación de entrada de alimentación y salida de alimentación permiten que el sistema opere a una velocidad variable y fuera de fase con un sistema de fabricación de alimentación por bobina de alta velocidad al cual puede integrarse de manera removible el sistema.
