Abstract

The present disclosure is related to a series of resources, to facilitate in various aspects, including the economy, the implementation of cellular systems, particularly in relation to human progenitor cell cultures that can be obtained by means of non-invasive techniques. Particularly, the invention relates to a new special culture medium for human progenitor cells from a urine sample (MCCPh), included in a kit that also provides a series of components useful for the fulfillment of a method for obtaining human progenitor cells by non-invasive techniques, the establishment of the cultures of said human progenitor cells, and of their proliferation and propagation in subcultures. By means of the present invention it is possible to disregard a series of culture supplements and commercial kits that generally make the implementation of cell culture systems more expensive, as the aforementioned, consisting of human progenitor cells obtained by non-invasive techniques.
