Abstract
Las realizaciones aquí descritas en la presente memoria descriptiva proporcionan varios diseños de etiquetas de identificación de radiofrecuencia (RFID) de multifrecuencia que son de tamaño compacto y protegidas contra manipulaciones. En un aspecto, una etiqueta RFID multifrecuencia propuesta incluye tanto un subsistema de alta frecuencia (HF) como un subsistema de ultra alta frecuencia (UHF). El subsistema HF y el subsistema UHF comparten un chip de circuito integrado (IC) común y un sustrato común. El subsistema HF incluye además una antena de bucle HF acoplada al chip IC. El subsistema UHF incluye además una antena de acoplamiento conectada eléctricamente al chip IC pero aislada eléctricamente de la antena de bucle HF. El subsistema UHF también incluye una antena UHF que tiene una región para recibir el módulo RFID. Cuando el módulo RFID está situado dentro de la región receptora de la antena UHF, la antena UHF es acoplada al chip IC en el módulo RFID a través de la antena de acoplamiento, formando de este modo el subsistema UHF.
