Abstract
Una modalidad de sistema incluye: un sensor de entrada que mide una calidad de fluido de una corriente de fluido de entrada; una disposición de unidades de separación que funcionan para extraer contaminantes de la corriente de fluido; y una interfaz de usuario (UI). Cada unidad de separación produce una respectiva corriente de fluido de salida, que muestra un desempeño con un impacto de un parámetro de funcionamiento respectivo, y tiene un sensor de salida que mide una calidad de corriente de fluido de salida. La UI recibe mediciones de calidad de fluido de los sensores de entrada y salida y deriva de forma receptiva un valor de desempeño para cada unidad de separación y un valor de desempeño general para la disposición, y muestra cada uno de los valores de desempeño. La UI puede configurar además los valores de parámetros de funcionamiento para automatizar y optimizar el funcionamiento de la disposición para diferentes condiciones de perforación. Las mediciones de calidad de fluido pueden indicar concentraciones de contaminantes y los valores de desempeño pueden representar una eficacia de separación, consumo de energía, confiabilidad y la siguiente fecha de servicio.
