Abstract
Procedimiento de separación de los componentes de una mezcla gaseosa (1) a tratar que comprende metano, nitrógeno y al menos un hidrocarburo que tiene al menos dos átomos de carbono, o una mezcla de estos hidrocarburos, comprendiendo las etapas siguientes: a) Desmetanización de la mezcla gaseosa (1) con la ayuda de al menos una columna de desmetanización (7); b) Extracción, de la columna de desmetanización (7) de un líquido (12) que comprende al menos un 85% molar de hidrocarburos con al menos dos átomos de carbono inicialmente presentes en la mezcla (1) a tratar; c) Eventualmente condensación parcial de una mezcla gaseosa (15) extraída de la columna de desmetanización (7) para obtener un líquido (29) del cual al menos una parte es tratada para ser extraída como producto de gas natural desnitrogenado (30) y un segundo gas (26); d) Introducción de el segundo gas (26) y/o de la mezcla gaseosa (15) en una columna de desnitrogenación (31) de la cual se obtiene un gas (36) y un líquido (33) del cual al menos una parte es tratada para ser extraída como producto de gas natural desnitrogenado (30); e) Tratamiento de el gas (36) procedente de la etapa d) en un sistema de desnitrogenación (B) con el fin de producir una corriente gaseosa que comprende un 5% molar como máximo de nitrógeno y una corriente de nitrógeno gaseoso que comprende como máximo un 8% molar de metano; caracterizado porque la temperatura operativa entre la etapa b) y c) no sobrepasa los -50°C y el gas (36) se recalienta a una temperatura superior a los - 10°C antes de ser refrigerado a una temperatura inferior a los -50°C en el sistema de desnitrogenación (B) indicado.
