Abstract
Un método para operar una máquina de procesamiento de engranaje que tienen los siguientes pasos: - llevar a cabo el torneado de una primera pieza de trabajo (1) en la máquina, en donde la primera pieza de trabajo (1) se calienta debido al torneado, - determinar al menos una variable de pieza de trabajo característica en la primera pieza de trabajo (1) en el estado calentado, en donde se utiliza un dispositivo de medición de la máquina para la determinación, - llevar a cabo una determinación de compensación sobre la base de la por lo menos una variable de la pieza de trabajo característica de la primera pieza de trabajo (1) y al menos una variable de pieza de trabajo característica de una pieza de trabajo de referencia, en donde o la variable de pieza de trabajo característica de la pieza de trabajo de referencia se determinó en la máquina después de alcanzar una temperatura de estado estable, o se determinó al menos un valor de compensación en el alcance de la determinación de compensación, - adaptar el entorno de máquina en consideración del por lo menos un valor de compensación, - llevar a cabo el torneado de una pieza de trabajo adicional (2) en la máquina.
