Abstract

Una célula para el montaje de componentes en una pieza que comprende: un dispositivo de prensado (10) para insertar a presión al menos dos componentes diferentes entre sí en una pieza. El dispositivo (10) comprende: una prensa (11) una pluralidad de empujadores (12) y una sufridera (13). Los empujadores están situados en vertical y configurados para recibir la fuerza ejercida por la prensa. Un extremo de cada empujador está configurado para recibir un componente a insertar en la pieza. La sufridera está configurada para soportar los esfuerzos de inserción ejercidos por dicha prensa y comprende una pluralidad de puntos de apoyo desplazables hasta quedar alternativamente posicionados de forma alineada con un empujador dispuesto coaxialmente a la prensa.. La célula comprende un robot provisto de una garra, configurado para sujetar la pieza y posicionarla en el dispositivo de prensado.
